1) Wake up early早起身

Early risers are able to start their days ahead of everyone else byexercising and finding some personal time. They also tend to be happier and aremore proactive.

早起的人擁有的時間都比晚起的人來得多,可以花時間來跑步和享有私人時間。再加上,早起的人通常都會比較快樂,做事情時也比較積極主動一些。

  2) Networking建立工作關係網

Research has found that networking can lead to people performing better atwork and increases the chance of landing a job. Networking helps our successfulpeople be more innovative.

研究表明懂得建立工作關係網的人在工作上發揮較好,也會增加獲得工作的機會。參與交流聚會能幫助成功人士提高自己的創意能力。

 3) Keep themselves busy保持忙碌

 5) Don’t watch TV, read他們不會看電視,但是會閲讀

They read for self-improvement for 30 minutes or more per day.

他們閲讀的目的是為了提高自我,每天至少閲讀長達30分鐘。

 6) Write to-do lists the night before睡覺之間都會列出每日工作清單

Successful people are known for writing their to-do-lists the night beforeso that they are able to set priorities for the following day.
